The cost for this is an additional 100.00 per year (above the base listing fee of 95.00) for the domain registration and web hosting service and uploading the webpage to your new domain. Thus without any knowledge of such things as FTP or Site Architecture you can have a professional website to market your vacation property on or off the web.

We're in the Travel and Tourism business just like you and we are expert at many of the internet solutions any vacation rental property owner tends to need. Therefore, using our services will provide you with the exact marketing expertise you need to keep those reservations coming in. This price list can give you an idea of what your site might cost should you need a more extensive site. All prices are based on an hourly rate of $75 an hour. contact us

Site Creation

• $375 first page
• $100 each additional page (includes text and up to 2 graphics)
• $5 each additional graphic per page
• $100 per form 
• $150 CGI script implementation (installing, configuring, hooking up to a page or form -- page and form cost not included)
• Search engine optimization added to your pages $100.00 per page (includes research and hand submission to top engines paid submissions, pay-per-click, paid inclusion fees for various engines and directories are extra)

Site Maintenance

• $50 per additional page added to existing site
• $35 to update text on an existing page 
• $100 to add a form to a new or existing page
• $150 CGI script implementation (installing, configuring, hooking up to a page or form -- page and form cost not included)

Writing and Editing

• Copyediting -- $50 per page of text (up to 300 words per page)
• Copywriting -- .50 a word or $150 per page of text (up to 300 words per page)

Graphics

• Image scanning and/or editing
• $15 per scan
• $15 per graphic for resizing and optimizing (saving in Web graphics format)
• $15 per image for cloning (using same basic image and adding different text or colors)

• Image creation -- $50 per graphic

• Ad creation
• $100 for full banner ads (468w x 60h) 
• $75 for button ads (120w x 90h or 120w x 60h)
• $75 for square ads (250w x 250h)

Consulting

• $75 per hour (first hour free; one hour telephone consultation included in monthly maintenance fee)
• $40 per half hour
